The Shop is a part of the Higher Education Makerspaces Initiatives (HEMI). HEMI is "a collaborative of leading universities focused on solving the challenges of academic makerspaces and making their combined learnings available to others." The collaboration is focused on developing and sharing best practices for academic makerspaces.
